Dancing is an excellent form of creative expression for our tired and frustrated spirits. Besides being an excellent natural form of exercise, it is a means of venting any "pent up" energy desperately looking for release - (many times unconscious). The next time you are feeling a bit irritable, stiff, or frustrated, take time out and let your self dance to whatever tune you may be listening to (a little difficult in the car, I admit) but you can rock and roll your bod while sitting.
